Our store mainly supplies furniture hardware, edge banding accessories, furniture fittings and home decorative ornaments. Accessing our website and placing any order constitutes your full acceptance of all terms contained herein.

1. BUSINESS SUBJECT INFORMATION
Our business entity is established under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. All goods are exported from China. All sales transactions formed via this website are cross-border e-commerce sales contracts. Buyers acknowledge that they are importing goods into their destination country and shall bear full responsibility for compliance with local import regulations, customs clearance, duties, taxes and inspection requirements.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
We strive to ensure accuracy of product pictures, dimensions, material descriptions and specifications displayed on the store. Minor color difference, texture deviation and slight manufacturing tolerance shall not be deemed product defects.
All furniture hardware and fittings are designed for standard furniture assembly. Proper professional installation is required. We are not liable for damage, safety hazards or property losses caused by incorrect installation, improper usage, overloading, unauthorized modification or mismatched furniture structure.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND
Return and refund matters shall be implemented strictly in accordance with our independent Return & Refund Policy published on the store. Customized hardware, cut-to-size accessories and special-order goods are non-refundable and non-returnable unless confirmed defective before shipment.
Buyers shall bear all international return freight unless liability is confirmed on our side.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay of performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemic control measures, factory suspension, international logistics disruption, port congestion, government regulatory changes, customs policy adjustment and supply chain interruption.

This Legal Statement and all sales contracts shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or related to orders, website use and this statement shall first be resolved via friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people’s court where our business entity is located in Foshan, Guangdong for resolution.
