Sourcing Approach & Comparison

Furnvila separated the package between a casegoods workshop in Shunde and a contract upholstery manufacturer in Longjiang. We standardized timber finish codes, fabric fire-retardant certifications, and foam densities across both vendors.

Production, QC & Logistics

Our team conducted in-line structural checks, verified drawer glide tolerances, and inspected 100% of finished pieces prior to cartoning. All goods staged in our local facility for single-bill container loading.

Project Summary & Challenge

The interior design practice required bespoke furniture based on Italian minimalist references, coordinating natural marble dining surfaces, bouclé sectional sofas, and teak outdoor settings across distinct craft workshops.

Sourcing Approach & Comparison

Furnvila selected four specialized workshops in Foshan, physically collected leather, fabric, and stone swatches for designer sign-off, and aligned production milestones so all four vendors completed within the same week.

Production, QC & Logistics

Our inspectors checked seam stitching, cushion recovery, wood moisture content, and marble hone consistency before authorizing wood-crate packaging. All items were consolidated into a single 40ft high-cube ocean container.
