A few practical answers to help you prepare a clear brief and understand the process.
What should I send for an initial review?
Share a BOQ or item list, room plans or dimensions, reference images, target budget, quantities and delivery destination. If some details are not ready, start with what you have.
Can you work with several suppliers?
Yes. The project scope can include communication and coordination across multiple suppliers, with consolidation planning where suitable.
Do you inspect every item?
Inspection scope, sampling level, checklist and reporting should be agreed in writing for each project. Do not assume an inspection standard that is not included in your proposal.
Can you arrange international shipping?
Shipping coordination can be discussed based on cargo details, destination, delivery terms and the responsibilities agreed with your logistics provider.
How does the 5% sourcing service fee work?
For furniture procurement orders managed by Furnvila, a separate 5% sourcing service fee applies to the agreed value of the furniture goods. The fee is confirmed in writing before the order is placed. Foshan visit day rates are separate, and booking a visit alone does not trigger the 5% fee. Freight, insurance, duties, taxes and other third-party charges are quoted separately unless stated otherwise.
